 1. They DO make industrial size “gourmet” nacho sauce. This can was big enough to use as a (admittedly quite small) chair.

2.  When, after Monday Taco-Nacho Night, you have leftover Gourmet Nacho Sauce (and you will), and two days later your crew makes the drive back from Vicksburg and everyone’s famished, Gourmet Nacho Sauce pairs well with leftover tortilla chips (especially if you warm it up after first stirring in some leftover taco sauce) so that no one will die of starvation while the Wednesday night supper team cooks pasta.

3. Sorry, but there STILL will be leftover Gourmet Nacho Sauce.
