Back to the Phillips cabin for a taco-nacho supper with special guests: Witt alum Victoria Simak, USDA Water Quality and Ecology Research Biologist (above) and her fiancé, Dr. Phillips’ parents, and Dr. Waggoner’s brother.

As a special treat: for desert, CARAMEL CAKE (no photos, alas — it did not last long!), courtesy of Dr. Phillips' Mom — served up on beautiful McCarty Pottery plates from a few counties over, in Merigold, Mississippi.
